采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取橙皮中的挥发油,并用气相色谱-质谱联用仪分析挥发油的组成成分。结果表明,橙皮中挥发油橙香味浓郁,其主要成分为柠檬烯,气相色谱中的保留时间为6.72 min ,含量达到80%以上。
採用水蒸氣蒸餾法提取橙皮中的揮髮油,併用氣相色譜-質譜聯用儀分析揮髮油的組成成分。結果錶明,橙皮中揮髮油橙香味濃鬱,其主要成分為檸檬烯,氣相色譜中的保留時間為6.72 min ,含量達到80%以上。
채용수증기증류법제취등피중적휘발유,병용기상색보-질보련용의분석휘발유적조성성분。결과표명,등피중휘발유등향미농욱,기주요성분위저몽희,기상색보중적보류시간위6.72 min ,함량체도80%이상。
Conventional hydrodistillation (HD) was used to extract volatile oil in fresh orange peel ,and the chemical components were separated and identified by using Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) .The results showed that the volatile oil in fresh orange peel was very sweet-scented ,and the main component in the volatile oil is limonene ,whose gas chromatography retention time was 6.72 min ,and content was more than 80% .
