针对违章车辆智能检测系统的“虚警”和“漏警”以及违章车辆图像处理数据量大、算法复杂等特点，设计了一种基于TMS320DM642和AT91RM9200技术的违章车辆智能检测系统硬件平台；违章车辆检测算法采用基于道路方向的三步搜索算法，运用三步搜索算法的原理和步骤并进行了验证。实验结果表明，该算法能快速、有效地提取目标，整个系统具有良好的智能化和稳定性。

According to the“false alarms”and“leak police”of violates regulations vehicles for intelligent detection system ,and the violates regulations vehicles image processing large amounts of data ,the algorithm complexity and other characteristics ,designed hardware platform based on TMS320DM642 and AT91RM9200 technology for violates regulations vehicles intelligent detection system ;violates regulations vehicles detection algorithm uses a three-step search algorithm based on the direction of the road ,to explain the principles and steps of the three-step search algorithm and validated .Experimental results show that the algorithm can quickly and efficiently extract the target ,the entire system has good intelligence and stability .
