针对多单元储备式锂电池内部存在短路现象,影响整个电池放电性能的问题,提出了储备式叠层锂电池集流片包覆结构。该结构在电池集流片内圆端面包覆绝缘环,电极置于绝缘环内,可将相邻单元电极与电解液隔离开来。将改进后和改进前的多单元储备式锂电池分别在常温下以相同电流密度放电,试验结果表明:包覆集流片的电池放电电压、放电时间明显优于未包覆集流片的电池。同时减少了电池放热现象,从而提升了电池的放电性能以及电池的安全性。

Multi-unit reserve lithium battery has a laminated structure,the main problem of which is internal short-circuit when battery discharging.In oeder to solve this problem,we took a method of covering tablets on the current-collector.The insulating ring was covered on the inner-circle of the current collector and the elec-trodes were let in the insulating ring,which separating the adjacent units from electrolyte.In an environment of room temperature we discharged the original and improved multi-unit reserve lithium battery at same current density.It iwas showed that the covered current-collector battery had much better performance in discharge voltage and discharge time than the uncovered one.At the same time ,exothermic phenomenon was less in the coated battery.As a result,the battery's discharge performance and safety were enhancd.
