电压互感器的接线方式与测量精度选择不合理，会直接影响到电压、功率以及电能测量的精确度。针对问题对电压互感器的接线方式、测量精度与容量，及其表示方法等有关问题进行了分析。分析结果表明，电源中性点不接地供配电系统的所有电气设备的绝缘都需要按照线电压进行设计，电压互感器一次侧中性点必须接地，二次侧中性点是否接地根据需要来选择。

To select the connection way and measurement accuray of a potential transformer unreasonably will directly affect the measurement accuracy of its voltage,power and energy.This paper analyzed some problems about connection way,measurement accuracy,capacity of a potential transformer and its representation.The results show that the insulation of all electric equipment in supply and distribution system with ungrounded neutral point need to design according to line voltage.The primary side neutral point of a potential transformer must be grounded.Whether the secondary side neutral point is grounded or not will depend on the need.
