电力安监部门要求定期测试剩余电流动作保护器(RCD)的动作特性，准确评价 RCD的状态。在分析 RCD的故障模式及其原因的基础上，对各种状态信息量进行分析比较，提出了基于模糊综合评判法的RCD状态评价方法。该方法综合考虑反映 RCD运行状态的各种状态信息，统筹状态评价中主观、客观因素。应用实例表明，该方法能有效评价 RCD的状态。

Based on the analysis of the fault mode of residual current operated protective device (RCD) and its causes,various state information was analyzed and compared.A state evaluation method of RCD based on fuzzy AHP was proposed.The method comprehensively considered various state information which reflects the operating state of RCD,co-ordinating the subj ective and obj ective factors in the evaluation.The application example shows that the method can effectively evaluate the state of RCD.
