为了快速准确掌握开关柜内温度状况,避免温升故障,分析了开关柜的温升情况,通过接入多个测温点,并根据 Modbus-RTU总线协议,设计了一种多路温度监测系统。微机可与多个测温表进行串行通信,基于 Visual Basic 设计的软件界面简洁明了,系统具有灵活的参数设置、数据保存和温度曲线显示等功能。测试结果表明,在线监测的多路温度误差为±0.5 K,整个系统运行良好,具有一定的应用推广价值。

In order to obtain the temperature conditions of switchgears quickly and accurately and to avoid temperature rise faults,the temperature rise conditions were analyzed.According to the Modbus-RTU protocol,a multi-channel temperature monitoring system was designed through connecting multiple measurement points.Serial communication between the microcomputer and many thermometer instruments was implemented.The software interfaces designed by Visual Basic are succinct and clear.And the system has flexible functions of parameter setting,data saving,temperature curve display,etc.The testing results show that the multi-channel online monitoring temperature error is ±0.5 K,the whole system runs well. And it is worthy of extension and application.
