建立了电触头电阻点焊过程的有限元分析模型,计算获得接触界面的接触电阻以及施加边界条件。通过对电触头点焊过程的模拟,获得了熔核的温度场及焊接面的电流密度分布。同时,探讨了焊接工艺对电极温度场及热应力的影响,发现延长焊接时间可在一定程度上降低热应力。

A finite element analysis model was established for resistance spot welding of electrical contacts.The contact resistance of the contact interface was researched and the boundary conditions were applied.Temperature field and current density field in the nugget were obtained through the analysis.At the same time,the effect of welding technology on the electrode temperature field and thermal stress was investigated.The results show that prolonging the welding time can reduce the thermal stress to a certain extent.
