基于可能度理论，在区间分析的基础上度量电器产品的稳健可靠性。运用传统的概率论方法，在稳健可靠性的安全可能度基础上进行稳健可靠性的进一步研究。稳健可靠性模型只需知道不确定变量的区间范围，就可进行稳健可靠性的度量。应用应力强度模型，给出了电器产品的算例分析。

Based on possibility theory,this paper measures robust reliability of electrical products.Using the traditional methods of probability theory,in the current study of robust reliability of safety possibility degree,the further research of the robust reliability was presented.For robust reliability model,if the range of uncertain variables is known,then a robust reliability measurement can be carried out.Stress-strength model was applied to present an example analysis of electrical products.
