对初中英语教学中学困生成因进行了简要的分析,讨论了转化学困生的方法,极大地改善了学生的学习状况,消除了学困生对英语的厌恶与恐惧,实现了对学困生的转化。探讨了三个转化教学策略:培养兴趣现行;从养成习惯开始;方法为辅,倡导坚持。通过对三个策略的讲述,从学生的情感体验、学习方法以及学习过程中可能出现的种种问题进行了分析,并给出解决方法。

On the junior middle school English Teaching of middle school students trapped causes are analyzed briefly, discusses the method of transformation of learning difficulties’, greatly improving the students’ learning situation, eliminate underachievers disgust and fear of English, the realization of the transformation of the students with learning difficulties. Discusses three transformation of teaching strategies:cultivating interest of current;starting from the habit;method, advocates insist. Based on the three strategies about, all sorts of problems that may arisein the process of learning methods and learning are analyzed from the emotional experience of students , and the solving methods are put forward.
