目的：探讨GB 10810.5-2012《眼镜镜片第5部分：镜片表面耐磨要求》中钢丝绒法测量镜片耐磨性能的不确定度的评定方法。方法：采用镜片摩擦仪摩擦三种不同折射率的镜片，分别重复10次测量摩擦后的雾度值。通过统计学方法，量化不确定度分量，最终得出测量结果的不确定度报告。结果：折射率为1.67、1.60、1.56的镜片雾度值的扩展不确定度分别为0.010%、0.018%、0.048%，k=2。结论：影响钢丝绒法测量镜片耐磨性能不确定度的主要来源为镜片摩擦仪。测量不确定度对于镜片耐磨方法的评价具有重要意义。

The paper discusses the uncertainty evaluation method of the abrasion-resistant of lenses measured by steel wool measurement in GB 10810.5-2012, Uncut finished spectacle lenses-Part 5: Requirements of abrasion-resistant for spectacle lens surfaces. It uses the lens friction equipment to rub three lenses which have different refractive index, measures the haze value for 10 times, quantifies the each uncertainty component, and finally gets the uncertainty report of measurement results. The result is that the expanded standard uncertainties for the haze of lenses are 0.010%, 0.018%, 0.048%, k=2, which the refractive indexes are 1.67, 1.60, 1.56. In conclusion, the main source which affects the uncertainty is the lens friction equipment, and the evaluation of measurement uncertainty is important to the abrasion-resistant for spectacle lenses.
