入世以来，我国积极履行入世承诺，大力采用国际标准和国外先进标准，对提升我国产业技术水平发挥了较为重要的作用。但是，随着我国经济社会和技术的不断发展，采标工作中的不足也逐渐显现，还存在着采标有效性偏低、采标标龄较老等问题。本文通过对于我国采标现状的分析，进而提出提高我国采标有效性，提高国际标准水平的对策建议。

After joining in WTO, China has tried to fulfill the obligations of WTO membership and been actively adopting international standards and advanced foreign standards, which play a key role in improving China’s industrial technology level. With the development of economy, society and technology, however, some problems emerge including the lack of effectiveness and timeliness in standard adoption. The paper analyzes the status quo of standard adoption in China and provides some advice on the improvement of effectiveness in standard adoption to strengthen the international standardization capacity of China.
