“心理健康与社会适应”是义务教育体育与健康课程目标体系的主要组成部分,也是体育课程改革的亮点之一。体育教师应正确理解体育与健康课中的“心理健康与社会适应”目标的价值所在,竭力寻找体育与健康课堂教学中实现“心理健康与社会适应”的目标与方法,才能使体育与健康课堂真正达到高效。经过多年课堂教学实践,发现在体育与健康课堂教学中建立科学的课堂教学常规、选择适宜的教学内容、运用恰当的教学方法、关注学生的个体表现是实现“心理健康与社会适应”目标的有效途径。

“Mental health and social adaptation”is compulsory education target system of the main part of PE and health course, is also one of the highlight of physical education curriculum reform. Physical education teachers should correct understanding of physical education and health class of“mental health and social adaptation”of the value of the target, trying to look for physical education and health classroom teaching implementation mental health and social adaptation target and method, physical education and health classroom can achieve high efficiency.
