小学语文阅读教学的有效策略虽是一个老生常谈的问题，但是因语文阅读教学的复杂性和策略针对性不强等问题，仍有研究的必要性。课题组就以偏远民族地区小学语文阅读教学开展研究，特别关注贵州省黔南地区小学语文教学的实际问题，提出评价标尺，进而根据课题组调研的情况提出一些相应的策略，以期为偏远民族地区一线教师提供借鉴和思考。

Primary school Chinese reading strategy teaching is a problem of a commonplace talk of an old scholar,but because of the complexity and strategy teaching aiming at the problem of weak reading,necessity is studied. Research Group on the remote ethnic areas of primary school Chinese reading teaching,pay special attention to practical problems in primary school Chinese teaching in Guizhou region of Qiannan Province,propose the evaluation scale,and puts forward some corresponding strategies according to the research group situation,in order to provide reference and thinking for a line teachers in minority area.
