为设计开发工作压力30 MPa的高压气瓶,研究了ISO 9809-2:2010对气瓶钢化学成分与力学性能的要求。结合国外工作压力30 MPa高压气瓶用高强度钢的使用经验,在34CrMo4中添加0.050%~0.080%钒,并分析和试验研究合金元素 Mo 和Ni 在不同的热处理工艺条件下对34CrMo4-H钢力学性能的影响,设计出工作压力30 MPa高压气瓶用34CrMo4-H高强度钢化学成分。试验结果表明,设计开发的工作压力30 MPa的高压气瓶用34CrMo4-H高强度钢力学性能指标均超过ISO 9809-2:2010标准要求,特别是延伸率、冲击值富裕较大。
為設計開髮工作壓力30 MPa的高壓氣瓶,研究瞭ISO 9809-2:2010對氣瓶鋼化學成分與力學性能的要求。結閤國外工作壓力30 MPa高壓氣瓶用高彊度鋼的使用經驗,在34CrMo4中添加0.050%~0.080%釩,併分析和試驗研究閤金元素 Mo 和Ni 在不同的熱處理工藝條件下對34CrMo4-H鋼力學性能的影響,設計齣工作壓力30 MPa高壓氣瓶用34CrMo4-H高彊度鋼化學成分。試驗結果錶明,設計開髮的工作壓力30 MPa的高壓氣瓶用34CrMo4-H高彊度鋼力學性能指標均超過ISO 9809-2:2010標準要求,特彆是延伸率、遲擊值富裕較大。

In order to design and develop the high pressure cylinders with 30 MPa working pressure,stud-ying the requirements of ISO 9809 -2:2010 about the cylinders chemical composition and mechanical properties.Considering the applying experience of high strength steel used for high pressure cylinders with 30 MPa working pressure,adding the V contents of 0.050%~0.080% in 34CrMo4 steel,and analysis and experimental research the effect of alloying elements Mo and Ni under different heat-treatment pro-cedures on the 34CrMo4-H steel mechanical properties,designing the chemical composition of 34CrMo4-H high strength steel used for high pressure cylinders with 30 MPa working pressure.The experimental results show that the mechanical properties values of 34CrMo4-H high strength steel used for high pres-sure cylinders with 30 MPa working pressure are more than the requirements of ISO 9809-2:2010,espe-cially the elongation and impact values are much more than that of the standard.
