This article introduces the problems of in-sufficient in-depth coverage existing in urban LTE networks, and proposes solution for indoor and outdoor in-depth coverage suitable for urban scene. Mean-while, it discusses about the planning of LTE network in rural areas and gives suggestions for network cover-age.
