在智慧城市的实践中，由于社区所具有的相对适中的空间尺度，及其在城市生活和社会管理中的重要作用，智慧社区已成为当前推进智慧城市试点及应用的热点领域，也是未来城市社区发展和建设的重要方向。近年来，智慧社区实践在全国各城市由政府或企业主导开展，取得了一定的成效，但存在政府主导作用较强、以技术和系统为核心、对社区规划和社区交往考虑不足等问题。本研究倡导构建人本导向的智慧社区，以综合居民个体数据的数据中心为基础，涵盖智慧化规划、信息化管理、个性化服务、社会交往几方面应用，强调政府、相关产业与居民的互联与协作，聚焦居民的日常生活，通过创新的手段提高居民的生活质量。
재지혜성시적실천중，유우사구소구유적상대괄중적공간척도，급기재성시생활화사회관리중적중요작용，지혜사구이성위당전추진지혜성시시점급응용적열점영역，야시미래성시사구발전화건설적중요방향。근년래，지혜사구실천재전국각성시유정부혹기업주도개전，취득료일정적성효，단존재정부주도작용교강、이기술화계통위핵심、대사구규화화사구교왕고필불족등문제。본연구창도구건인본도향적지혜사구，이종합거민개체수거적수거중심위기출，함개지혜화규화、신식화관리、개성화복무、사회교왕궤방면응용，강조정부、상관산업여거민적호련여협작，취초거민적일상생활，통과창신적수단제고거민적생활질량。
In the practice of smart city, due to the proper spatial scale and the important role in city life and social management of community, smart community has become a hot field, which promotes the experiment and application of smart city, and also an important direction of urban community's development and construction in the future. In recent years, the practice of smart community, which is mostly dominated by governments and companies, has been carried out in cities across China. It has already made some achievements, but there were also some problems, including the strong dominance of governments, the technology-oriented or system-oriented framework, and the negligence of community planning and residents' social interaction. This study proposes a sort of human-oriented smart community, based on data center which consists of individual data of residents, which includes smarter community planning, informatization management, personalized service and social interaction. We emphasize on the interconnection and collaboration of governments, relative companies and residents, focus on residents' daily life, and promote their life quality through innovative approach.
