Double-strip electroslag welding ( ESW) test with 90 mm strip/flux combination on material of 12Cr2Mo1R was introduced.The welding parameter was obtained,and the efficiency of corrosion-resistant overlaying in production was improved largely.Chemical analysis, disbonding test of cladding 90 mm strip/flux combination were measured respectively.The experimental results met the requirements of standard and user′s technology requirement.This technique can be applied to manufacturing equipment.
