为了研究缠绕层外表面损伤对于CNG-Ⅱ复合气瓶安全性能的影响,通过考察实际气瓶表面损伤形状,将复合气瓶表面损伤简化为一定尺寸的椭圆形凹坑。对缠绕层表面带有2 mm深度椭圆形凹坑损伤的复合气瓶进行爆破试验,利用有限元软件ANSYS计算其爆破压力。比较试验爆破压力和数值分析结果,验证数值分析方法的正确性。在此基础上,对带椭圆形凹坑损伤的CNG-Ⅱ复合气瓶进行应力分析,得出缠绕层外表面椭圆形凹坑损伤对气瓶安全性能造成不良影响。
為瞭研究纏繞層外錶麵損傷對于CNG-Ⅱ複閤氣瓶安全性能的影響,通過攷察實際氣瓶錶麵損傷形狀,將複閤氣瓶錶麵損傷簡化為一定呎吋的橢圓形凹坑。對纏繞層錶麵帶有2 mm深度橢圓形凹坑損傷的複閤氣瓶進行爆破試驗,利用有限元軟件ANSYS計算其爆破壓力。比較試驗爆破壓力和數值分析結果,驗證數值分析方法的正確性。在此基礎上,對帶橢圓形凹坑損傷的CNG-Ⅱ複閤氣瓶進行應力分析,得齣纏繞層外錶麵橢圓形凹坑損傷對氣瓶安全性能造成不良影響。

To study the influence of surface damage of winding layer on the safety performance of CNG-Ⅱcomposite cylinders,the surface damage of composite cylinder was simplified as a elliptic pit on the ba-sis of investigating the shape of the surface damage of the cylinder.A composite cylinder with a elliptic pit damage(2 mm in depth) on the winding layer was used for burst testing,and the finite element software ANSYS was used to calculate its burst pressure.Through comparison of the burst pressure in the test and the numerical analysis result, the correctness of numerical analysis method was verified.On this basis, stress analysis was conducted for CNG-Ⅱcomposite cylinder with elliptic pit damage which could have negative effects on the safety performance of CNG-Ⅱcomposite cylinder.
