以咪草烟为唯一碳源,从被咪草烟污染的大豆田土壤中,经过反复的富集培养,分离纯化,获得6株咪草烟降解菌,其中自编号为 T04菌株具有较高降解活性。经分子水平鉴定:该菌株为阴沟肠杆菌复合菌( Enterobacter cloacae com-plex)。在实验室条件下相对于自然降解而言,发酵5 d,菌株在以咪草烟为唯一碳源的无机盐发酵液中降解率达到51.8%,发酵1 d 在营养丰富的 LB 培养基中降解率最高达到99.2%。

To take the imazethapyr as the sole carbon source,through breeding,six strains which could degrade imazethapyr were obtained. NO. T04 had the best degradation activity. After being identified,the stain was Enterobacter cloacae complex. Under laboratory conditions,when the imazethapyr was the sole carbon source,after 5 days of fermentation,the degradation rate in the fermentation was 51. 8 % higher than in the nature. The highest degradation rate in the fermentation was 99. 2 % under the conditions of LB nutrient-rich medium in one day.
