采用乙醇钠-乙醇溶液和(-)-顺-1,2-环氧丙基磷酸-(+)-苯乙胺反应,生成的磷霉素钠从乙醇溶液中析出,经过滤,洗涤,真空干燥得到成品。母液回收无水乙醇和(+)-苯乙胺。较优条件是:在回流温度下,145 g精左胺,金属钠的用量为28.3 g,反应时间1 h。生产1 t磷霉素钠消耗精左胺从1.5 t下降到1.45 t,消耗无水乙醇从5~6 t下降到0.5 t,回收(+)-苯乙胺从560 kg增加到610 kg。

채용을순납-을순용액화(-)-순-1,2-배양병기린산-(+)-분을알반응,생성적린매소납종을순용액중석출,경과려,세조,진공간조득도성품。모액회수무수을순화(+)-분을알。교우조건시:재회류온도하,145 g정좌알,금속납적용량위28.3 g,반응시간1 h。생산1 t린매소납소모정좌알종1.5 t하강도1.45 t,소모무수을순종5~6 t하강도0.5 t,회수(+)-분을알종560 kg증가도610 kg。
Through sodium ethoxide in ethanol reacted with ( -) -cis-1 ,2-epoxy propyl phosphoric acid-( +) -phenyl ethylamine, fosfomycin sodium precipitated from ethanol solution. Then fosfomycin sodium was filtra-ted, washed and dried to give the final product, while anhydrous alcohol and( +) - phenylethylamine were recovered from the mother solution. The experimental results indicated the optimal process conditions, which were 145 g of re-fined amine, 28. 3 g of metallic sodium, and a refluxing reaction time of 1 h. To produce one ton of fosfomycin sodi-um, a consumption of refined amine decreased from 1. 5 tons to 1. 45 tons, amount of anhydrous ethanol dropped from 5-6 tons to 0. 5 tons, and recovery of ( +) - phenylethylamine increased from 560 kilograms to 610 kilograms.
