以液体石蜡与凹凸棒土加入到聚丙烯并对力学性能的影响进行研究。将凹土与液体石蜡和聚丙烯在高速混合机中进行混合,再在挤出机中熔融挤出,注塑成型,研究液体石蜡与凹凸棒土对聚丙烯力学性能的影响。<br> 研究结果表明:液体石蜡和经硅烷偶联剂处理过的凹土能比较显著的提高PP的综合力学性能,当PP的用量为100份,凹土的用量为20份,LP为10份时拉伸强度及硬度性能最好。此时,拉伸强度为34.63 MPa,硬度为63.30。当PP的用量为100份,凹土的用量为20份,LP为20份时冲击强度最好,为11.11 kJ/m2。

In this paper, liquid paraffin and attapulgite clay are added to affect the mechanical properties of polypropylene. The attapulgite clay and liquid paraffin and polypropylene were mixed in a high speed mixer, and then in the extruder melt extrusion, injection molding, and study the impact on the mechanical properties of polypropylene. <br> The results show that:liquid paraffin and attapulgite treated by a silane coupling agent can significantly improve the overall mechanical properties of PP, when the PP amount of 100 parts, the amount is 20 parts attapulgite, LP is 10 parts , tensile strength and hardness is the best performance. At this time, the tensile strength is 34. 63 MPa, and hardness of 63. 30. The impact strength is 11. 11kJ/m2 when the PP in an amount of 100 parts, the amount of at-tapulgite is 20 parts and the amount of LP is 20 parts.
