考察了乙二醇甲醚防冰剂(EGME)、二乙二醇甲醚防冰剂(DEGME)、乙二醇乙醚防冰剂(EGEE)3种防冰剂的毒性对比,分别进行了小鼠急性经口毒性实验、家兔皮肤刺激实验、家兔眼刺激实验、大鼠急性吸入毒性实验。结果表明3种防冰剂的毒性作用从大至小为EGME、EGEE、DEGME;为了避免防冰剂的加注及使用对人体造成伤害,我国应用二乙二醇甲醚防冰剂代替目前使用的乙二醇甲醚防冰剂。
攷察瞭乙二醇甲醚防冰劑(EGME)、二乙二醇甲醚防冰劑(DEGME)、乙二醇乙醚防冰劑(EGEE)3種防冰劑的毒性對比,分彆進行瞭小鼠急性經口毒性實驗、傢兔皮膚刺激實驗、傢兔眼刺激實驗、大鼠急性吸入毒性實驗。結果錶明3種防冰劑的毒性作用從大至小為EGME、EGEE、DEGME;為瞭避免防冰劑的加註及使用對人體造成傷害,我國應用二乙二醇甲醚防冰劑代替目前使用的乙二醇甲醚防冰劑。
고찰료을이순갑미방빙제(EGME)、이을이순갑미방빙제(DEGME)、을이순을미방빙제(EGEE)3충방빙제적독성대비,분별진행료소서급성경구독성실험、가토피부자격실험、가토안자격실험、대서급성흡입독성실험。결과표명3충방빙제적독성작용종대지소위EGME、EGEE、DEGME;위료피면방빙제적가주급사용대인체조성상해,아국응용이을이순갑미방빙제대체목전사용적을이순갑미방빙제。
The toxicity of differentet icing-inhibitor was studied , such as diethylene glycol monomethyl ether and ethylene glycol monomethy lether and ethylene glycol ethyl lether. The experiment were did such as the acute oral toxicity test on mice、the dermal irritation test on rabbit、the irritation test on rabbit eyes、the acute inhalation toxicity test on rat . The experiment result showed that the toxicity of DEGME was least while the toxicity of EGME was most and toxicity of EGEE was middle. In order to avoid the person was poisoned, diethylene glycol monomethyl ether should replace ethylene glycol monomethy lether which was being used.
