The conceptual landscape planning and design for Tuanbo New Town in Jinghai New District of Tianjin attempts to guide the urban development layout with the landscape-oriented urban planning and design concept-from the construction of the overall space environment, macro and micro design continuity, to the design practice of various ifelds of social ideals and living principles. The landscape planning overlooks the whole situation from city perspective, focuses on the relationship between city and natural environment, the impact on and protection of original ecological environment, combines with the current urban situation and feature, determines the urban landscape layout reasonably, and forms the urban axis, view corridor and open space at the overall level. The conceptual landscape planning and design for Tuanbo New Town has the advantage of taking the whole situation of city under control, and show the comprehensive and specialized features.
