历史街区是城市文脉的灵魂，是城市历史文化传统的延续和发展，是一种重要的文化资源。它不仅包含大量的历史遗存、集中记载了丰富的历史信息，还担当着一定的城市功能，它仿佛是一部活着的史书，需要我们细心呵护。然而悠久的历史街区蒙上发展缓慢、逐步衰败的阴影。现代建筑发展，古建消逝，两者又互相边缘化，俨然已成为一个复杂的历史现状。新的审美与生活需求，功能置换与未来可持续发展等问题都一并摆在我们面前，为此在本项目规划设计中，提出了“共生与秩序”的思想理念。
역사가구시성시문맥적령혼，시성시역사문화전통적연속화발전，시일충중요적문화자원。타불부포함대량적역사유존、집중기재료봉부적역사신식，환담당착일정적성시공능，타방불시일부활착적사서，수요아문세심가호。연이유구적역사가구몽상발전완만、축보쇠패적음영。현대건축발전，고건소서，량자우호상변연화，엄연이성위일개복잡적역사현상。신적심미여생활수구，공능치환여미래가지속발전등문제도일병파재아문면전，위차재본항목규화설계중，제출료“공생여질서”적사상이념。
Historic and cultural blocks are the soul of urban context. It is the renewal and development of the city's history and cultural traditions. It is an important cultural resource. It includes not only a large number of historical relics, abundant history information, but also plays a certain city functions. It is like a living history book to be protected carefully. However, long history blocks develop slowly and decline gradually. The ancient buildings fade away with the development of modern architectures, and the marginalization of each other seems to have become a complicated history reality. The issue between new aesthetic and life requirements, functional replacement and future sustainable development and so on need to be dealt with. So in the project, the concepts of "Symbiosis and Order" is put forward.
