为提高枯草芽孢杆菌产赖氨酸的能力，本试验拟从10株猪源枯草芽孢杆菌中，初步筛选出一株赖氨酸高产菌株。再以此菌株为出发菌株，采用紫外诱变的方法复筛出高产赖氨酸的突变株。结果发现，初筛得到的菌株YB83，其培养上清液中赖氨酸含量为179.39 mg/L，较LB液体培养基高出22.58%；经过紫外诱变后，得到一株遗传性稳定的突变菌株YB83-U5，其培养上清液中赖氨酸含量为277.49 mg/L，比原始菌株YB83提高了52.97%。
위제고고초아포간균산뢰안산적능력，본시험의종10주저원고초아포간균중，초보사선출일주뢰안산고산균주。재이차균주위출발균주，채용자외유변적방법복사출고산뢰안산적돌변주。결과발현，초사득도적균주YB83，기배양상청액중뢰안산함량위179.39 mg/L，교LB액체배양기고출22.58%；경과자외유변후，득도일주유전성은정적돌변균주YB83-U5，기배양상청액중뢰안산함량위277.49 mg/L，비원시균주YB83제고료52.97%。
To improve the ability of Bacillus subtilis in producing lysine,ten porcine Bacillus subtilis were applied to select and breed high-yield lysine strain.The strain as initial bacterium,which had highest lysine yield among them was treated with UV.The results showed that lysine content of supernatant of strain YB83 screened primarily was 179.39 mg/L, which was 22.58%higher than that of LB broth.After UV mutagenesis,the mutant strain YB83-U5 was steady hereditary, the lysine content of supernatant of which was 277.47 mg/mL,52.97%more than that of the original strain YB83.
