为研究不同精粗比日粮中添加甘露寡糖(MOS)对体外干物质消化率(IVDMD)、有机物消化率(IVOMD)和粗蛋白质消化率(IVCPD)的影响,本试验以6只安装永久瘤胃瘘管羯羊(白萨福克♂×小尾寒羊♀)为瘤胃液供试动物,采用4×6二因子析因试验设计,共设2个处理,分别为不同精粗比[(A1(20∶80)、A2(30∶70)、A3(40∶60)、A4(50∶50)]和不同的甘露寡糖添加量[B1(0.0%)、B2(0.4%)、B3(0.8%)、B4(1.2%)、B5(1.6%)、B6(2.0%)]的日粮,进行两级离体消化试验,结果表明:A因子对日粮IVDMD、IVOMD和IVCPD均产生显著影响(P <0.05),均为A4处理组最高(63.98%、66.84%、28.05%),A1处理组最低(48.12%、51.11%、29.53%),B 因子及 A、B 交互作用对日粮 IVDMD、IVOMD 和IVCPD 无显著影响(P >0.05);多项指标综合指数(MFAEI)以40∶60日粮中添加1.6% MOS 时为最大(0.6330),说明在40∶60日粮中MOS的添加水平为1.6%时能得到最佳组合效应。

The study was conducted to explore the effect of adding mannan-oligosaccharide (MOS) to diets with dif-ferent ratio of concentration to roughage on dry matter digestibility (IVDMD),organic matter digestibility (IVOMD)and crude protein digestibility (IVCPD)in vitro of sheep by two-step technique.Six wethers (white Suffolk♂× Small-tailed Han sheep♀)installed permanent rumen fistula were used for offering rumen fluid.The 4 × 6 two-factor experimental de-sign was chosen and the two factors were the ratio of concentrate to roughage[A1(20∶80),A2(30∶70),A3(40∶60),A4(50∶50)],and the dose of mannan-oligosaccharide[B1(0.0%),B2(0.4%),B3(0.8%),B4(1.2%),B5(1.6%),B6 (2.0%)].The re-sults showed that the IVDMD,IVOMD and IVCPD were significantly influenced by the factor A (P<0.05),for the highest of group A4 (63.98%,66.84%,28.05%),the lowest of group A1(48.12%,51.11%,29.53%).The factor B and the interac-tion of both A and B didn’t significantly affect on IVDMD,IVOMD and IVCPD(P>0.05).Adding 1.6%MOS to 40∶60 di-et,the multiple-factors associative effects index was optimum (0.6330),which showed that it could bring the optimum combined effect.
