根据全国海洋气象试点任务设置要求，结合浙江省委省政府的海洋发展战略，从海洋气象监测、预报、预警和评估4个方面提出浙江省海洋气象业务系统的总体方案，技术上采用.NET平台和WEBGIS技术相结合，实现各类海洋气象产品在地理信息上面叠加显示，平台的集约化设计大大提高了浙江海洋气象业务开展的效率，并且在海洋气象预报和预警产品制作发布和对地市的指导服务等方面有一定的特色。

According to the national marine meteorology pilot task requirements, combining with the marine development strategy of Zhejiang provincial party committee and government, this paper proposes the general scheme of marine meteorological operational service system in Zhejiang province from four aspects of monitoring, forecasting, early warning and assessment of marine meteorology. This system applies .NET platform and WEBGIS technology to implement superposition display of various marine meteorological products on geographic information. The intensive design of platform greatly improves the efficiency of Zhejiang marine meteorological operational service development, and has certain features in the aspects of marine meteorological forecasting and early warning products publication and the guidance services in cities.
