目的：探讨急性百草枯中毒综合治疗的疗效。方法对我院的21例百草枯中毒患者进行回顾性分析，对患者给予了综合性治疗，包括洗胃、活性炭吸附、导泻、抗氧化、激素冲击、免疫抑制剂这些常规治疗外，并予血必净注射液解毒、血液灌流联合血液滤过清除毒素治疗。结果21例百草枯中毒患者中，11例存活，6例死亡，4例自动出院，死亡率为47.6%。结论急性百草枯中毒患者尽早开展综合治疗，可提高抢救成功率；血液灌流联合血液滤过治疗能降低急性百草枯中毒的死亡率。
목적：탐토급성백초고중독종합치료적료효。방법대아원적21례백초고중독환자진행회고성분석，대환자급여료종합성치료，포괄세위、활성탄흡부、도사、항양화、격소충격、면역억제제저사상규치료외，병여혈필정주사액해독、혈액관류연합혈액려과청제독소치료。결과21례백초고중독환자중，11례존활，6례사망，4례자동출원，사망솔위47.6%。결론급성백초고중독환자진조개전종합치료，가제고창구성공솔；혈액관류연합혈액려과치료능강저급성백초고중독적사망솔。
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive treatment for acute paraquat (PQ) poisoning. Methods 21 cases with acute PQ poisoning in our hospital were treated with comprehensive treatment, including gastric lavage, activated carbon adsorption, purgation, resisting oxidation, hormonotherapy,immunosuppressive therapy, Xuebijing injection on detoxication, hemoperfusion with hemodiafltration on clearance of poisons. Results Among the 21 patients, 11 cases were recovered, 6 cases were dead, 4 cases gave up further treatment. The mortality was 47.6%. Conclusion Comprehensive treatmen can improve the cure rate of acute PQ poisoning. The combined therapy of hemoperfusion and hemodiafltration can reduce the mortality for the patients of acute PQ poisoning.
