目的：总结成人血小板增多症的诊断要点，探讨血小板去除术在成人血小板患者中的应用价值。方法收集我院收治的50例成人血小板增多症患者，按随机双盲法分组，单纯采用羟基脲治疗对照组患者，为观察组患者行血小板去除术，比较两组临床疗效。结果观察组临床治疗效果为缓解、进步、无效的病例分别为15例、8例、2例，临床有效率为92.0%，显著高于对照组的76.0%（x2=3.059，P ＜0.05）。结论血小板去除术可缓解乏力、烦热、气短、失眠等临床症状，提高生存质量，值得在血小板增多症患者中推广。
목적：총결성인혈소판증다증적진단요점，탐토혈소판거제술재성인혈소판환자중적응용개치。방법수집아원수치적50례성인혈소판증다증환자，안수궤쌍맹법분조，단순채용간기뇨치료대조조환자，위관찰조환자행혈소판거제술，비교량조림상료효。결과관찰조림상치료효과위완해、진보、무효적병례분별위15례、8례、2례，림상유효솔위92.0%，현저고우대조조적76.0%（x2=3.059，P ＜0.05）。결론혈소판거제술가완해핍력、번열、기단、실면등림상증상，제고생존질량，치득재혈소판증다증환자중추엄。
Objective To summarize diagnostic criteria of adult thrombocytosis,discuss the application value of platelet removal surgery in adult thrombocytosis patients. Methods 50 cases of patients with adult thrombocytosis in our hospital were collected,grouped by random double-blind method,the control group of patients were only treated by hydroxyurea,patients in the observation group were treated by platelet removal surgery,the clinical efficacy were compared. Results Patients in the therapeutic group with 15 cases in remission,8 cases in progressive,and 2 cases invalid,the clinical efficacy rate was 92.0%,significantly higher than that (76.0%)of the control group(x 2=3.059,P < 0.05). Conclusion Platelet removal surgery can relieve fatigue,vexation heat,shortness of breath,insomnia,improve quality of life,is worth promoting in thrombocythemia patients.
