目的:探讨高血压及高血压前期血清尿酸水平变化及临床意义。方法选择某社区常住居民412例为研究对象。根据血压情况分为血压正常组、高血压前期组、高血压组。检测和比较3组的血清尿酸水平。结果血压正常组尿酸水平为(236.3±61.4)μmol/L,高血压前期组(292.7±73.6)mol/L,高血压组(336.2±113.7)mol/L,3组间比较 P <0.01。血清尿酸水平为228~280μmol/L、281~344μmol/L 和≥345μmol/L 组收缩压和舒张压水平显著高于血清尿酸为<228μmol/L 组(P <0.05或<0.01)。回顾分析显示尿酸水平≥228μmol/L 是高血压及高血压前期的危险因素。结论血清尿酸水平与高血压及高血压前期具有相关性。

목적:탐토고혈압급고혈압전기혈청뇨산수평변화급림상의의。방법선택모사구상주거민412례위연구대상。근거혈압정황분위혈압정상조、고혈압전기조、고혈압조。검측화비교3조적혈청뇨산수평。결과혈압정상조뇨산수평위(236.3±61.4)μmol/L,고혈압전기조(292.7±73.6)mol/L,고혈압조(336.2±113.7)mol/L,3조간비교 P <0.01。혈청뇨산수평위228~280μmol/L、281~344μmol/L 화≥345μmol/L 조수축압화서장압수평현저고우혈청뇨산위<228μmol/L 조(P <0.05혹<0.01)。회고분석현시뇨산수평≥228μmol/L 시고혈압급고혈압전기적위험인소。결론혈청뇨산수평여고혈압급고혈압전기구유상관성。
Objective To discuss clinical significance of detection of serum uric acid in hypertension and pre-hypertension. Methods Selected 412 cases of community residents as study subjects. All cases were divided into normal tension group, pre-hypertension group and hypertension group according to blood pressure. Serum uric acid levels of three groups were tested and compared. Results Serum uric level of normal tension group was (236.3±61.4)μmol/L, that of pre-hypertension group was (292.7±73.6)mol/L, and hypertension group was (336.2±113.7)mol/L, comparedinthreegroups,P<0.01.SBPandDBPofgroupsof228-280μmol/L,281-344μmol/Land≥ 345μmol/Lwere higher than those of group of < 228μmol/L(P < 0.05 or < 0.01). Results of Logistic analysis showed serum uric acid level ≥ 228μmol/L was risk factor of hypertension and pre-hypertension. Conclusion Serum uric acid level is correlation with hypertension and pre-hypertension.
