目的:探讨子宫内膜癌浸润子宫肌层诊断中实时超声弹性成像技术的临床应用价值。方法随机抽取近年来在我院接受诊断及治疗的76例子宫内膜癌浸润子宫肌层患者作为研究对象,实施超声弹性成像诊断后患者均接受手术治疗,将超声诊断结果与术后病理结果进行比较分析,观察超声诊断浸润子宫肌层敏感度及准确度。结果超声诊断浅肌层浸润、深肌层浸润灵敏度分别为59.2%、40.8%,准确度分别为93.3%、91.2%;超声诊断结果与病理诊断结果比较差异无统计学意义(P >0.05)。结论实时超声弹性成像技术诊断子宫内膜癌浸润子宫肌层具有较好准确率,可在临床推广使用。

목적:탐토자궁내막암침윤자궁기층진단중실시초성탄성성상기술적림상응용개치。방법수궤추취근년래재아원접수진단급치료적76례자궁내막암침윤자궁기층환자작위연구대상,실시초성탄성성상진단후환자균접수수술치료,장초성진단결과여술후병리결과진행비교분석,관찰초성진단침윤자궁기층민감도급준학도。결과초성진단천기층침윤、심기층침윤령민도분별위59.2%、40.8%,준학도분별위93.3%、91.2%;초성진단결과여병리진단결과비교차이무통계학의의(P >0.05)。결론실시초성탄성성상기술진단자궁내막암침윤자궁기층구유교호준학솔,가재림상추엄사용。
Objective To explore the clinical application value of real-time ultrasonic elastography in the diagnosis of myometrial invasion in endometrial carcinoma. Methods 76 patients with myometrial invasion in endometrial carcinoma who were admitted to our hospital and received treatment in recent years were randomly selected as research subjects.They all received ultrasonic elastography before the surgery. Results Of ultrasonic diagnosis and postoperative pathological results were compared and analyzed,and sensitivity and accuracy of ultrasonic diagnosis of myometrial invasion were observed. Results Sensitivity of the ultrasonic diagnosis of shallow myometrial invasion and deep myometrial invasion was 59.2% and 40.8% respectively,and the accuracy was 93.3% and 91.2% respectively;the differences of ultrasonic results and pathological results were not statistically significant (P > 0.05). Conclusion Real-time ultrasonic elastography in the diagnosis of myometrial invasion in endometrial carcinoma has a favorable accuracy,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
