目的：探讨颈部血管彩超检查在动脉粥样硬化引起缺血性脑血管病中的应用及其在缺血性脑血管病中所发挥的评价作用。方法选择我院神经内科收治的36例缺血性脑血管疾病住院患者作为观察组，同时从医院同期接受健康体检的健康人群中随机抽取36例作为对照组，对两组研究对象进行颈部血管彩超检查，以研究对象颈部动脉的粥样斑块检出率和狭窄检出率作为观察指标进行比较。结果观察组颈部动脉的粥样斑块检出率达到100%，狭窄检出率为86.11%；对照组分别为13.89%和8.33%，两组之间比较差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论颈部血管彩超可以帮助老年人尽早发现颈部动脉粥样硬化斑块的形成情况，进而通过相应的预防措施来降低出现动脉狭窄以及闭塞等问题的机率，对缺血性脑血管疾病的发生起到预防作用，保障老年人的身体健康与生命安全。
목적：탐토경부혈관채초검사재동맥죽양경화인기결혈성뇌혈관병중적응용급기재결혈성뇌혈관병중소발휘적평개작용。방법선택아원신경내과수치적36례결혈성뇌혈관질병주원환자작위관찰조，동시종의원동기접수건강체검적건강인군중수궤추취36례작위대조조，대량조연구대상진행경부혈관채초검사，이연구대상경부동맥적죽양반괴검출솔화협착검출솔작위관찰지표진행비교。결과관찰조경부동맥적죽양반괴검출솔체도100%，협착검출솔위86.11%；대조조분별위13.89%화8.33%，량조지간비교차이유통계학의의（P ＜0.05）。결론경부혈관채초가이방조노년인진조발현경부동맥죽양경화반괴적형성정황，진이통과상응적예방조시래강저출현동맥협착이급폐새등문제적궤솔，대결혈성뇌혈관질병적발생기도예방작용，보장노년인적신체건강여생명안전。
Objective To explore the application and evaluation of neck color doppler ultrasound in ischemic cerebrovascular disease caused by atherosclerosis. Methods 36 ischemic cerebrovascular disease patients treated in neural department of internal medicine in our hospital were selected as observation group,and 36 cases of healthy people checked-up in our hospital were selected as control group.Two groups of research object were taken neck color doppler ultrasound.The neck artery atheromatous plaque detection rate and narrow detection rate as observation index were compared. Results In observation group,the detection rate of the neck artery atheromatous plaque reached 100%,and narrow detection rate is 86.11%.The control group were 13.89% and 8.33% respectively.The difference of two groups had statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion Neck color doppler ultrasound can help elderly people find neck atherosclerosis plaque formation as soon as possible can reduce the risk of arterial stenosis and occlusion problem through the corresponding preventive measures,protect the life safety and health of the elderly.
