目的：探讨北京地区蝎子蛰伤的流行病学特点，为急诊处置蝎蛰伤提供新的正规治疗方法。方法将急诊科2005~2012年325例的蝎蛰伤资料按症状分为轻、中和重度三组进行统计学分析，总结出蝎子活动的季节规律；总结蝎蛰伤的临床表现和中西医结合急诊处置方法。结果夏秋季是北京地区蝎蛰伤多发季节（P=0.058），不用抗毒血清的中西医结合治疗能取得良好的疗效。地理分布多在山区农村和城区的平房区，不同组别的症状消失时间差异有统计学意义（P=0.0001）。结论北京地区夏秋季是防治蝎蛰伤的重要时期；不采用血清疗法，中西医结合不失为一种新的治疗蝎蛰伤有效方法。

Objective To investigate the epidemic characteristics of scorpion envenomation in Beijing area, and to provide a new method to manage scorpion envenomation in emergency. Methods 325 cases of scorpion stings from 2005 to 2012 in our department were divided into three groups(mild,medium and severe) according to clinical symptoms and were analyzed statistically, and generalized the law of scorpion activity according to seasons and of clinical manifestations as well as emergency management by integrated medicine. Results The seasons of summer and autumn were the more frequent incidence seasons of scorpion envenomation than other two seasons (P=0.058), geographical distribution concentrates in mountain rural area and bungalow in urban area, and satisfied results were obtained by integrated medicine without antivenom serum treatment. The recovery time among the three groups were different significantly (P=0.0001). Conclusion It is essential to prevent scorpion stings in summer and autumn, and it is a new way to mange scorpion envenomation by integrated medicine without antivenom serum.
