肿瘤转化研究是发达国家医学研究领域资助的重点,以转化中心为依托开展肿瘤转化研究,基础研究的重点包括肿瘤基因组、相关基因的转录与调控、肿瘤微环境、抑癌机制、肿瘤分子标记物等,涉及白血病、黑色素瘤、肺癌、前列腺癌、乳腺癌、脑癌、结肠癌等。我国转化医学研究已纳入国家科技规划,重点支持“重大疾病的分子分型与个体化诊疗技术”和“重大疾病的基因组技术”的肿瘤转化研究,相关研究产出不断增多。本研究采用文献计量、归纳演绎以及综合分析方法,对国际肿瘤转化研究的重点资助领域与项目、研究重点与研究产出以及我国肿瘤转化研究的国家科技规划、重点支持领域和研究产出进行了较全面的统计与分析。从回顾性统计分析角度总结分析国内外肿瘤转化研究的进展情况,为促进我国转化医学研究以及提高肿瘤防控水平提供重要的基础和支撑。

Cancer translational research has become a key priority of medical research in developed countries. Cancer translational research has been conducted with support from translational centers with basic research priorities covering cancer genome, gene expression and regulation, tumor microenvironment, anti-cancer mechanism, cancer biomarkers in the field of leukemia, melanoma, lung cancer, prostate cancer, breast cancer, cerebral cancer, colorectal cancer, etc. Translation research has been integrated into the national science and technology plan in China. Disease classification, individualized diagnosis and treatment technologies, and genome technologies have been identified as the priorities of cancer translational research in China, with growing research outputs. Literature metrology, Induction and deduction and aggregate analysis were applied for comprehensive statistics and analysis of key research projects, research priorities and outputs of international cancer translational researches, and the national science and technology plan, research priorities and outputs of cancer translational researches in China. The study provides important data basis and reference for translational medicine development and cancer prevention and control in China based on retrospective statistical analysis of the status quo of cancer translational research in China and abroad.
