江淹对《楚辞》的学习与运用，主要体现在三个方面：一是学习《楚辞》语言；二是学习《楚辞》结构；三是学习《楚辞》艺术手法。江淹模拟《楚辞》主要有三个原因：一是江淹长于拟古，喜欢拟古；二是汉魏以来有模拟《楚辞》的传统；三是江淹的身世遭遇与屈原有相似之处。
강엄대《초사》적학습여운용，주요체현재삼개방면：일시학습《초사》어언；이시학습《초사》결구；삼시학습《초사》예술수법。강엄모의《초사》주요유삼개원인：일시강엄장우의고，희환의고；이시한위이래유모의《초사》적전통；삼시강엄적신세조우여굴원유상사지처。
Jiang Yan’ s learning of Chu Ci and his practice are mainly reflected in three aspects. Firstly, he learned the lan-guage of Chu Ci;secondly he learned the structure of Chu Ci;thirdly, he learned the artistic technique of Chu Ci. There are three main reasons for Jiang Yan simulating Chu Ci. First, Jiang Yan is good at and likes simulating, the second was a tradition of simula-ting Chu Ci since Han and Wei dynasties and the third was Jiang Yan’ s experience which had similarities with Qu Yuan.
