目的：观察帕利哌酮缓释片和阿立哌唑治疗精神病的临床疗效及并发症的发生情况。方法选取2011-03-2012-03在我院诊治的精神病患者76例作为研究对象。随机分为A组和B组，A组服用帕利哌酮缓释片，B组服用阿立哌唑，对比2组疗效以及并发症发生情况。结果 A组总有效率92·1％，并发症发生率为7·9％，B组分别为89·5％、44·7％。2组治疗1个月后与2个月后PSP评分和PANSS评分比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0·05）。结论帕利哌酮缓释片和阿立哌唑治疗精神病的疗效相近，但前者的并发症发生率较低，具有一定的临床价值。
목적：관찰파리고동완석편화아립고서치료정신병적림상료효급병발증적발생정황。방법선취2011-03-2012-03재아원진치적정신병환자76례작위연구대상。수궤분위A조화B조，A조복용파리고동완석편，B조복용아립고서，대비2조료효이급병발증발생정황。결과 A조총유효솔92·1％，병발증발생솔위7·9％，B조분별위89·5％、44·7％。2조치료1개월후여2개월후PSP평분화PANSS평분비교차이무통계학의의（P＞0·05）。결론파리고동완석편화아립고서치료정신병적료효상근，단전자적병발증발생솔교저，구유일정적림상개치。
Objective To investigate the efficacy and complications of paliperidone extended-release tablets and aripiprazole on treating psychiatric patients·Methods 76 psychiatric patients in our hospital from March 2011 to March 2012 were random-ly divided into the group A (treated with paliperidone extended-release tablets) and group B (treated with aripiprazole)· The curative effect and complications of two groups were compared·Results The total effective rate and complications incidence were 92 .1% and 7 .9% in group A ,89 .5% and 44 .7% in group B ,respectively· The PSP and PANSS scores between two groups 1 and 2 months after treatment had statistical difference·Conclusion Paliperidone extended-release tablets and aripi-prazole have similar effect on treating psychiatric patients· However ,patients treated with paliperidone extended-release tablets have less complication than patients treated by aripiprazole ,which is worthy of application .
