目的：探讨经皮激光椎间盘减压术（PLDD）治疗神经根型颈椎病（CSR）的临床疗效。方法收集2010-01-2013-12我院住院接受治疗的CSR患者68例，随机分为观察组与对照组各34例，对照组行保守治疗，观察组行PLDD治疗，比较2组临床疗效。结果观察组优良率显著高于对照组；观察组治疗后 VAS评分显著低于对照组，JOA评分显著高于对照组（P＜0·05）。结论 PLDD治疗CSR疗效显著，不良反应少，值得推广应用。
목적：탐토경피격광추간반감압술（PLDD）치료신경근형경추병（CSR）적림상료효。방법수집2010-01-2013-12아원주원접수치료적CSR환자68례，수궤분위관찰조여대조조각34례，대조조행보수치료，관찰조행PLDD치료，비교2조림상료효。결과관찰조우량솔현저고우대조조；관찰조치료후 VAS평분현저저우대조조，JOA평분현저고우대조조（P＜0·05）。결론 PLDD치료CSR료효현저，불량반응소，치득추엄응용。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of percutaneous laser disc decompression (PLDD) on treating pa-tients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy (CSR)·Methods 68 patients with CSR in our hospital from January 2010 to De-cember 2013 were randomly divided into the observation group (n=34 ,treated with PLDD) and control group (n=34 ,treated with conservative therapy)· The curative effects of two groups were compared·Results The excellent rate of observation group and JOA score were higher than these of control group;however ,the VAS score and recurrence rate of observation group was lower than these of control group (P<0·05)·Conclusion PLDD treating patients with CSR has better curative effect and less adverse reactions ,which is worthy of application.
