目的：探讨脑动静脉畸形（AVM）显微手术治疗的经验和技巧。方法采用回顾性分析方法对51例幕上脑动静脉畸形破裂出血患者的临床资料进行收集、整理和分析。结果所有病人均进行血肿清除及畸形血管团显微切除手术，其中46例为全切除，5例为次全切除后行γ刀放射治疗。术后病人恢复良好。结论充分的术前影像学分析、个体化手术方案设计及术中监控非常重要，熟练的显微手术操作技巧是手术成功的关键。
목적：탐토뇌동정맥기형（AVM）현미수술치료적경험화기교。방법채용회고성분석방법대51례막상뇌동정맥기형파렬출혈환자적림상자료진행수집、정리화분석。결과소유병인균진행혈종청제급기형혈관단현미절제수술，기중46례위전절제，5례위차전절제후행γ도방사치료。술후병인회복량호。결론충분적술전영상학분석、개체화수술방안설계급술중감공비상중요，숙련적현미수술조작기교시수술성공적관건。
Objective To investigate the experience and skill of microsurgery on treating patients with supratentorial cere-bral arteriovenous malformation (SCAVM )· Methods The data of 51 patients with SCAVM were retrospectively ana-lyzed·Results 46 cases of patients were treated with hematoma and arteriovenous malformation microsurgical complete resec-tion ,and 5 cases of patients were treated with hematoma and arteriovenous malformation microsurgical incomplete resection plusγknife radiotherapy· All patients recovered well· Conclusion Adequate preoperative imaging analysis ,individualized sur-gical plan design and intra-operative monitoring is very important in succeed operation ,especially in adept microsurgical opera-tive skills.
