[目的]了解黄曲霉毒素对南阳地区玉米的污染情况,初步评价玉米的安全性.[方法]从南阳市不同区域采集新收获的玉米样品40个,应用HPLC检测技术对玉米进行黄曲霉毒素B检测并根据国家标准进行安全性评估.[结果]黄曲霉毒素B1检出率为80%,根据食品和饲料中的黄曲霉毒素的限量标准,符合食用标准的玉米占37.5%,不符合食用和饲用的占45.0%.[结论]玉米黄曲霉毒素污染广泛,应该进一步加强对黄曲霉毒素超标的玉米流向进行安全性监控工作.
[目的]瞭解黃麯黴毒素對南暘地區玉米的汙染情況,初步評價玉米的安全性.[方法]從南暘市不同區域採集新收穫的玉米樣品40箇,應用HPLC檢測技術對玉米進行黃麯黴毒素B檢測併根據國傢標準進行安全性評估.[結果]黃麯黴毒素B1檢齣率為80%,根據食品和飼料中的黃麯黴毒素的限量標準,符閤食用標準的玉米佔37.5%,不符閤食用和飼用的佔45.0%.[結論]玉米黃麯黴毒素汙染廣汎,應該進一步加彊對黃麯黴毒素超標的玉米流嚮進行安全性鑑控工作.

[Objective] To identify the aflatoxins contamination of corn in Nanyang and evaluate the safety.[Method] Aflatoxin B1 of 40 corn samples collected from different regions in Nanyang were determined by HPLC.And safety valuation was given based on national food and feed standards.[Result] Aflatoxin B1 detection rate was about 80% of 40 corn samples.Results showed that 37.5% of corn are safety for food and 45.0% are dangerous even for feed.[Conclusion] Aflatoxin B1 was detected frequently and high levels.Much efforts should be placed to the regulation of aflatoxin safety of corn and its products.
