[目的]研究漆树籽残渣发酵产沼气的可行性与潜力.[方法]以漆树籽残渣为原料,在中温30℃下,采用全混合批量发酵工艺,测定漆树籽残渣发酵过程中的TS产气潜力、VS产气潜力、日产气量、产气速率、pH等指标.[结果]第3天发酵体系酸化,但在微生物调节下,第7天体系pHI恢复至7.0,正常产气.经60d发酵,漆树籽残渣产沼气潜力为594.29 ml/g(TS)或615.84 ml/g(VS).[结论]研究表明漆树籽残渣是一种很好的沼气发酵原料.
[目的]研究漆樹籽殘渣髮酵產沼氣的可行性與潛力.[方法]以漆樹籽殘渣為原料,在中溫30℃下,採用全混閤批量髮酵工藝,測定漆樹籽殘渣髮酵過程中的TS產氣潛力、VS產氣潛力、日產氣量、產氣速率、pH等指標.[結果]第3天髮酵體繫痠化,但在微生物調節下,第7天體繫pHI恢複至7.0,正常產氣.經60d髮酵,漆樹籽殘渣產沼氣潛力為594.29 ml/g(TS)或615.84 ml/g(VS).[結論]研究錶明漆樹籽殘渣是一種很好的沼氣髮酵原料.
[목적]연구칠수자잔사발효산소기적가행성여잠력.[방법]이칠수자잔사위원료,재중온30℃하,채용전혼합비량발효공예,측정칠수자잔사발효과정중적TS산기잠력、VS산기잠력、일산기량、산기속솔、pH등지표.[결과]제3천발효체계산화,단재미생물조절하,제7천체계pHI회복지7.0,정상산기.경60d발효,칠수자잔사산소기잠력위594.29 ml/g(TS)혹615.84 ml/g(VS).[결론]연구표명칠수자잔사시일충흔호적소기발효원료.
[Objective] The research aimed to study the feasibility and potential of biogas production using lacquer seed residue.[Method] Using lacquer seed residue as raw materials,the fermentation experiments were carried out at 30 ℃.During the totally mixed batch fermentation process,parameters of TS biogas production potential,VS biogas production potential,daily biogas output,biogas production rate and pH etc.were determined.[Result] The results showed that on the third day,fermentation system acidated.However,the pH recovered to 7.0 and led to normal gas production on the seventh day through microbial mediation.After sixty days' fermentation,the biogas production potential reached 594.29 ml/g(TS) and 615.84 ml/g(VS).[Conclusion] This study proved that lacquer seed residue had good biogas production potential and could be used as raw materials for biogas production.
