针对高职院校学生理论基础薄弱，学习专业知识吃力的特点，考虑学生的就业及发展目标，将《调速系统与维护》课程进行改革与实践，已编写的讲义《调速系统与维护》在电气自动化五个班的试用，效果良好。
針對高職院校學生理論基礎薄弱，學習專業知識喫力的特點，攷慮學生的就業及髮展目標，將《調速繫統與維護》課程進行改革與實踐，已編寫的講義《調速繫統與維護》在電氣自動化五箇班的試用，效果良好。
침대고직원교학생이론기출박약，학습전업지식흘력적특점，고필학생적취업급발전목표，장《조속계통여유호》과정진행개혁여실천，이편사적강의《조속계통여유호》재전기자동화오개반적시용，효과량호。
The theoretical foundation of higher vocational college students is weak,and professional knowledge learning is hard,considering employment and development goals,this paper conducts the curriculum reform and applies it into practice in five class trial,with speed control system and maintenance teaching materials,it is proved to be effective.It is hoped that readers can discuss with the author about the reform methods.
