法律与正义是不可分割的：法律是实现正义的手段，而实现正义又是法律的价值之一。辩诉交易作为一个较为成熟与适用广泛的法律制度，它与正义之间的冲突必然不是主要的，在两者之间是存在一个稳定的平衡点的。本文主要通过对辩诉交易进行简单地介绍并对其法律价值进行分析，进而探究辩诉交易与我国司法正义的兼容性及引入我国的现实可能性。

Law and justice are inseparable:the law is the means to achieve justice, and justice is one of value of law. As a mature and widely applicable legal system, the conflict between the plea bargaining and the justice is not the main, which has a stable equilibrium point.Through simply introducing plea bargaining and analyzing its legal value, this paper mainly explores the compatibility of plea bargaining and the judicial justice in our country, and analyzes the realistic possibility to introduce plea bargaining into China from the perspective of the legal value.
