目的：报道介入治疗胆管支气管瘘2例，结合文献复习探讨介入治疗胆管支气管瘘的方法和临床价值。方法2例女性老年患者，术前临床表现及影像学检查确诊胆管支气管瘘，在DSA透视下行经皮经肝胆管穿刺引流术，置入内外引流管各1支。结果手术均顺利进行，引流管位置良好，术后患者临床症状逐渐消失，无并发症发生。结论介入治疗胆管支气管瘘微创、安全、疗效确切。
목적：보도개입치료담관지기관루2례，결합문헌복습탐토개입치료담관지기관루적방법화림상개치。방법2례녀성노년환자，술전림상표현급영상학검사학진담관지기관루，재DSA투시하행경피경간담관천자인류술，치입내외인류관각1지。결과수술균순리진행，인류관위치량호，술후환자림상증상축점소실，무병발증발생。결론개입치료담관지기관루미창、안전、료효학절。
Objective To discuss the clinical value of interventional treatment for bronchobiliary fistula (BBF), and to report 2 patients with BBF who were successfully treated with percutaneous transhepatic cholangial drainage (PTCD). Methods Two aged female patients with clinically confirmed BBF were enrolled in this study. Under DSA guidance, both internal and external drainage tubes were placed into the biliary tract. The results were analyzed. Results The interventional procedure was successfully accomplished in both cases. The drainage tubes were correctly positioned in the biliary tract. After the treatment, the patient’s clinical symptoms such as cough, fever, etc. disappeared gradually. No complications occurred. Conclusion For the treatment of bronchobiliary fistula, interventional management is minimally- invasive, safe and reliable.(J Intervent Radiol, 2014, 23:346-348).
