本文采用回顾性分析法总结我院中医临床药学的工作，对临床中药师进行定位，明确其主要职责，寻求工作开展过程中存在问题的解决方法与途径。结果表明我院中医临床药学的各项工作有序进行，并取得了良好效果，前景广阔。临床中药师参与临床，走进患者，改变以前“间接为患者服务”的服务模式，让中医药更好地为人们的健康服务。

By retrospective analysis method, the paper was summarized experience of clinical pharmacy of TCM. The purpose of the paper was given location of clinical pharmacists in Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM), to clear their main status and functions, seek methods and ways to solve the problems in the process of work. The work was proceeding orderly. Good results have been achieved. The clinical pharmacists of TCM participate in clinical rational use of drugs to change the service mode of"indirect service for the patients in the past with the patients, doctors and nurses so as to make better service for people's life and health of Chinese medicine.
