中医类期刊的国际化势在必行。本文从中医类期刊国际化的问题及对策两方面进行了探讨。中医类期刊国际化的问题主要表现在出版政策的限制、语种及翻译水平的问题、办刊人员缺乏国际化意识及期刊稿源的障碍；针对以上问题提出了放宽语种限制、提高办刊人员素质、改变发行方式、扩大稿源等对策，为中医类期刊的国际化提供参考。

TCM periodicals internationalization is imperative. By investigating the obstacles and its countermeasures in the process of TCM periodicals internationalization, this article puts forwards that its obstacles mainly exist in the limitation of publishing policy, restrictions of different languages and translation skills, and inadequate of international consciousness in periodical staffs and international article resources;the mainly countermeasures include relieving restriction of language, strengthening staff qualification, changing publishing mode, and expanding article resources.
