针对深部开采条件下巷道围岩地应力增加、破碎岩体增多等一系列问题,导致传统支护手段难以有效控制围岩变形的现象,采用有限差分软件FLAC3D建立深部巷道钻孔卸压模型,对钻孔卸压前后巷道围岩应力分布规律与变形破坏特征进行了分析,结果表明,钻孔卸压技术可有效释放巷道围岩应力增高区的变形破坏能量,促使浅部围岩高应力转移至深部煤岩体中,显著改善围岩应力环境。基于对卸压钻孔参数的模拟分析,合理确定出钻孔卸压与主动支护技术参数。工程实践表明,该技术围岩控制效果显著。

To counter to a series problems that the ground stress of the roadway surrounding rock and the fractured rock mass increased and the surrounding rock deformation was difficult to be under effective control by traditional support methods, a pressure-relief model for deep roadway by boreholes was established by using the finite difference method FLAC3D , and analysis was made on the stress distribution rules and deformation failure characteristics of roadway surrounding rock before and after pressure relief by boreholes. The results showed that the pressure-relief technique by boreholes can effectively release the deformation failure energy in the high-stress zone of the roadway surrounding rock, spur the high stress in the shallow surrounding rock to be transferred into the deep rock mass, and significantly improve the stress environment of surrounding rock. Based on the simulation analysis of the pressure-relief boreholes, the technical parameters of pressure relief by boreholes and the active support were rationally determined. Filed tests showed that the surrounding rock deformation was effectively controlled with this technology.
