陕西省矿产资源分布广泛,资源种类丰富,矿产资源开发利用规模大和强度高,产生的矿山地质环境问题严重。在分析矿产资源概况及主要矿山地质环境问题现状的基础上,总结了以往矿山地质环境恢复治理成效及项目安排情况。选取了两个近年来实施的典型矿山地质环境治理项目对恢复治理效果情况进行了说明。结果表明,矿山地质环境治理项目的实施能有效的改善矿山地质环境,具有较大的环境、经济和社会效益。并进一步分析预测了矿山地质环境发展变化趋势,认为陕西省矿山地质环境问题将进入平稳发展阶段,矿山地质环境整体将逐步好转。同时对矿山地质环境恢复治理过程中存在问题进行了剖析,为今后推进矿山地质环境恢复治理提供了借鉴。
陝西省礦產資源分佈廣汎,資源種類豐富,礦產資源開髮利用規模大和彊度高,產生的礦山地質環境問題嚴重。在分析礦產資源概況及主要礦山地質環境問題現狀的基礎上,總結瞭以往礦山地質環境恢複治理成效及項目安排情況。選取瞭兩箇近年來實施的典型礦山地質環境治理項目對恢複治理效果情況進行瞭說明。結果錶明,礦山地質環境治理項目的實施能有效的改善礦山地質環境,具有較大的環境、經濟和社會效益。併進一步分析預測瞭礦山地質環境髮展變化趨勢,認為陝西省礦山地質環境問題將進入平穩髮展階段,礦山地質環境整體將逐步好轉。同時對礦山地質環境恢複治理過程中存在問題進行瞭剖析,為今後推進礦山地質環境恢複治理提供瞭藉鑒。

Mineral resources are widely distributed in the Shaanxi Province. Abundant types of resources with massive, high intensity exploitation and utilization have brought on serious mine geological environment problems. Based on mineral resources general situa-tion and main mines geological environment problem status quo analysis, summed up previous mine geological environment recovery and harnessing effects and project schedule. Two typical mine geological environment harnessing projects recent years implemented have been selected to illustrate recovery and harnessing effects. The result has shown that the implementation of mine geological envi-ronment harnessing projects can effectively improve mine geological environment with major environmental, economic and social bene-fits. Further analyzed and predicted mine geological environment development and variation trend, considered that the issue in the prov-ince will come into a stable development stage;mine geological environment will be gradually improved in the mass. The paper also an-alyzed problems existed during recovery harnessing process, thus provided reference for pushing on the issue henceforth.
