通过阐述欧洲企业服务网络的起源及演变，介绍了欧洲企业服务网络的成功经验。提出我国的技术转移服务机构经过多年发展，已具备一定的服务能力，但是还存在一定的问题，而欧洲企业服务网络的一些特点是我国技术转移体系建设值得思考和借鉴的。

The origin and evolution of the Enterprise Europe Network(EEN)were introduced and its successful ex-periences were elaborated. Besides,the paper discussed that despite technology transfer organizations in China have had certain service abilities through years of development,they are still facing some troublesome problems. As the some of the EEN’s characteristics are similar to those of the technology transfer system of China,they are considered to be worthy of thinking and using for reference.
