提出青少年科技活动不仅是学校教育教学工作中的重要组成部分，也是实施素质教育的一种有效途径。在科技活动中开展德育教育与培养学生科学素养必须同抓并且势在必行。结合青少年科技活动的特点，对如何在青少年科技活动中开展德育教育进行了梳理和总结。

The paper presented that scientific and technological activity for teenagers is not only a significant part of education,but also an efficient way to implement the quality-oriented education. Teachers should realize the impor-tance of carrying out moral education and improving teenagers’ scientific literacy at the same time during the activi-ties. Based on the characteristics of teenagers,the author presented the idea of how to carry out moral education for teenagers during scientific and technological activities.
