在分析装备制造业生产制造特点、MES功能优势及不足的基础上,指出进行装配过程监控系统研究的必要性。针对企业现状,提出了基于 RFID 的装备制造业数据采集系统总体方案,建立了装配生产过程的实时状态模型,为企业研发基于RFID的状态监测系统提供了理论参考和依据。

The necessity of the research on assembly process monitoring systemwas presented based on an analysis of production characteristics of the equipment manufacturing industryand advantages and disadvantages of the MES function. According to the current situation of enterprises,an overall scheme of FRID-based data acquisition system for the equipment manufacturing industry was proposed,in which a real-time status model for assembly process is set up. This scheme may provide a theoretical reference for enterprises that wish to develop RFID-based status monitoring systems.
